Sunday Bird in Hand Wine Club Social

We will be hosting our quarterly Bird in Hand Wine Club Social on two days: Saturday June 8th and Sunday June 9th, RSVPs required. We are extremely excited to be bringing our new retail parter, OroBianco Creamery to Saint Tryphon for both days! OroBianco is a water buffalo dairy and creamery based in the Texas Hill Country. From water buffalo raised in South Texas they produce divine gelatos and sorbetto in addition to cured meats and rich mozzarella. Together, we’ve hand-selected eight gelatos, five of which we will be pairing with three of our wines for the special event. Such a treat to kick off the summer with their lemon sorbet, lavender gelato, and even hazelnut gelato, to name a few! Also available for purchase directly from their Italian creamery cart.

Beginning at 1pm on Sunday, we will host a formal gelato/sorbetto tasting on the front tasting room patio for a maximum of 36 members and guests. The tasting will run approximately one hour and will be followed consecutively every hour on the hour until 4pm. At the conclusion of each hour, members will be served Pizza Napoletana courtesy of Saint Tryphon. Please note that from 1-4 pm both days the front patio is reserved for the gelato pairing. We are opening up the Tryphon Home’s wrap around porch as well as the new Tryphon lounge space is open to enjoy. We are confident everyone will be very comfortable.

The Bird in Hand Wine Club Social is an honoring and celebration of all of our members and lively community. Complimentary pizza will also be served to members even if you do not participate in the gelato paring.
